CSEP offers evaluation support for UCSB scientists and engineers who want to assess if their STEM education program is meeting its long and short term goals. We have experience evaluating programs for K-12, community college, university undergraduate and graduate students as well as post-doctoral researchers, through National Science Foundation awards such as the GK-12, STEP, S-STEM, REU, LSAMP Bridges to the Doctorate, IMI, STS, and IGERT.
For programs under development: Please contact CSEP at least one month before the due date of your proposal if you would like assistance with designing and implementing an evaluation plan for your new STEM education program.
For currently funded programs: Please contact CSEP as early as possible if you would like assistance with designing and implementing an evaluation plan for your current STEM education program.
